Hello and good evening! It's finally time for the highly anticipated Evaluation Period of our company. To ensure that everything runs smoothly and there are no confusions, we've put together a step-by-step guide for you to follow.
1. Visit the Employee Area in HRIS and locate the Performance Management System.
2. To access the Evaluation Form, please click on the designated button. Once you're redirected to the title page, "360-Performance Review," click the start button to begin. You'll be asked to provide personal information such as your email, name, position, department, and other relevant details.
3. Be mindful that the forms you're directed to may vary depending on the choices you select, so pay close attention throughout the process.
4. For MANAGERS, you will evaluate ALL OF YOUR ASSOCIATES and YOURSELF. For ASSOCIATES, you will evaluate ALL OF YOUR COLLEAGUES, YOUR MANAGER, and YOURSELF. The DIRECTOR will only evaluate ALL OF THE MANAGERS.
5. The number of evaluations you need to complete depends on the number of employees in your department. If you have SEVEN EMPLOYEES in your department, you will need to complete SEVEN EVALUATIONS, including one for SELF-EVALUATION.
6. You are ONLY ALLOWED to evaluate colleagues WITHIN YOUR DEPARTMENT. Evaluating employees and managers from OTHER DEPARTMENTS is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
7. When answering the evaluation form, be sure to read the items carefully and provide honest feedback. Constructive criticism is encouraged, and bias should be avoided.
8. Before submitting, double-check your answers. If you have any questions or concerns, seek clarification from Ms. Apple Caranto as well as Mr. Rommel De Guzman, our Total Rewards Specialists.
9. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION: Write your surname first before the Self-Evaluation Essay.
